The Essential Rewards (ER) program is an MONTHLY AUTOSHIP PROGRAM. This means that every month, Young Living will automatically ship you products that you have chosen unless you change the items, or stop the program.
For e.g. If you placed your first ER order of 6 Ningxia Red bottles on 3 March, you will receive a repeat of that order on 3 April the following month.
You can of course change the items from month to month, change the date in which you want your order to be shipped to you, and even stop being on the program at anytime. This will not affect your Young Living membership at all.
There are a few requirements to take note of before you join the Essential Rewards program.
1. Monthly Order
The Essential Rewards program is a monthly ordering program. This means that you will automatically be placing a order every month. The moment you miss your ER order that month, you may be dropped from the program.
2. Minimum Order of 100PV
The minimum requirement per monthly order is 100PV. That works out to be approximately SGD$170 a month.
3. Only One Order a Month Allowed
Under the Essential Rewards program, you are only allowed to place ONE ER ORDER a month. This is the order that will allow you to earn your PV rebates. If you need to place more orders, subsequent orders for the month will be considered as Standard Orders and will not add to your PV rebates.
• ENJOY MEMBER PRICES
Enjoy 24% discount off retail prices. This discounted price is also known as wholesale or members prices.
• CHEAPER SHIPPING
You get to enjoy subsidized shipping for your items. For Singapore, standard shipping rates are aprox. $10, but for Essential Reward Order, shipping is at aprox. $6.
• PV REBATES
Every time you place your Essential Rewards order (minimum of 100PV in Singapore), Young Living will credit a percentage of that PV amount back into your account for you to redeem more products for free. The rebate percentages is as follows:
– Month 1 – 3: 10%
– Month 4 – 24: 20%
– Month 25 onwards: 25%
For example: In month 5 of signing up with YL, you ordered 200PV of products, you will then be credited 40PV back into your account which you can accumulate to redeem for products later on.
• QUARTERLY GIFTS
Young Living also rewards you every quarter with a free gift when you stick to the program. You will receive:
– On the 3rd month – Orange Essential Oil 15ml
– On the 6th month – AromaEase Essential Oil 5ml
– On the 9th month – R.C Essential Oil 15ml
– On the 12th month and every year onwards – Loyalty Blend 5ml
• SPECIAL ESSENTIAL REWARD KITS
Essential Reward members are also able to purchase special kits at discounted prices such as the Ningxia Red ER Kit or the Thieves ER Kit. Do check them out in the virtual office to see what offers there are.
• SPECIAL MONTLY FREEBIES
Being on Essential Rewards will also give you an extra freebie monthly when you hit certain minimum spendings. Do look out for these offers in the monthly promotional mailers which Young Living will send out to their members.
1. Set your ER date before the 20th of any month to give you plenty of time to fix any problems.
2. Make sure you have a valid email on file. The Young Living office will send out an email reminder to inform you that your order is about to process. This will help you to go into to virtual office to make any changes you need before your order ships!
3. Use the PV Assistant feature in the Virtual Office. You can tell the system what items to replace into your order if any item placed on order goes out of stock and your total volume goes below the required minimum order.
4. Make sure you have a valid credit card on file that is not expired. An expired credit card will cause your ER to lapse when the system does not manage to go through with your order.
To cancel your Essential Rewards program, please contact Young Living before the next processing date. You should fully redeem all your PV points before you cancel the program or they will be forfeited once the ER program is cancelled.
Starting or restarting your Essential Rewards program is the same. You only need to log into your virtual office > click on Essential Rewards and place your order under that section to start or restart your program.
However, if you are restarting, do note that your PV credit will drop back to 10%.
Also a restart of the ER membership will not qualify you for previously claimed loyalty gifts. However, as you continue your ER beyond the previous period, you become eligible for the other loyalty gifts.
e.g. You started ER for 3 months in Singapore. You receive your 3rd month Loyalty gift of an Orange oil. You chose to stop ER at that point. Some time later, you restart ER again. When you reach the 3rd month again, you are not able to redeem the free Orange oil again. But once you reach your 6th month, you are entitled to the AromaEase oil. And as you continue, you can redeem the free gifts accordingly.
